Payment Policy
1. Payment
By starting a subscription, you agree to pay for twelve (12) months of service or a one time equivalent amount (prorated or discounted at Pure Web Services’ discretion).
2. Cancellation
If for any reason Pure Web Services’ offerings are no longer desired after the first 30 days grace period from first successful payment, the full payment is due (12 months of the desired service) and we withdraw our services early, giving you access to the domain or any previously owned brand assets.
After the 12 month period is completed, the client has the ability to cancel at any time for any reason, even if any increase or decrease in services isn’t a satisfactory solution.
Hardship cases or extenuating circumstances are to be reviewed and decided to the sole discretion of Pure Web Services.
3. Method
Pure Web Services retains the rights to use the payment method of its choice. Commonly a credit card securely on file that’s auto withdrawn on a specified monthly date.
4. Disclaimer
We retain the rights to intellectual property we craft, and the right to withdraw it at any time based on what we deem to be good cause in rare cases like abuse of brand.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Pure Web Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to the use of tools or materials provided, even if Pure Web Services or a Pure Web Services authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Modifications
Pure Web Services retains the creative control to make changes based on their discretion and experience.
7. Promotional Rights
Pure Web Services retains the rights to promote and utilize client deliverables in the acquisition of new clients in any ways it perceives as appropriate, unless otherwise agreed upon or other conditions are present preventing us from doing so.
